View the starry sky from our open air chartered baths. In winter you’ll see snow around them and in spring wild birds visit. You can book our charted baths for private use 24 hours a day. While our cuisine is Japanese / Western in style we also make our own stock (dashi) from locally sourced skipjack tuna and kombu.
